Every animal has a story to tell. These cards celebrate the remarkable lives of Hebridean birds and the lessons they can teach us.
Example Text
Shag (Gulosus aristotelis)
Inside text reads (on inside front cover) …
Dive Again.
Along the rocky shores of the Outer Hebrides, the shag spends its life where the land meets the sea. Unlike many seabirds, its feathers are not fully waterproof, allowing it to dive deeper beneath the waves in search of fish. After each dive, it pauses on the rocks with wings outstretched, drying in the wind before returning to the sea.
The shag reminds us that our imperfections do not need to hold us back. Sometimes they allow us to go deeper than we ever imagined. And like the shag, we should allow ourselves time to pause, rest and open our wings before diving in again.
148 ×148mm square card, comes with kraft envelope and vellum band.
Printed on unbleached paper stock made from 100% de-inked post consumer waste, certified by FSC®. Made in an industry leading mill to strict ISO 14001 standards for environmental management. Processed Chlorine free (PCF) that significantly reducing water contamination from processing.
